In 2002, her agent discovered that she had never performed in a play before. She auditioned for the role of Tasha for the TV show Home and Away. While they were not convinced that she would be right to play the role, production team was so impressed they decided to create a second role for Tasha. Her first TV role ran for 3 years. She received an award called the Logie Award for new popular talent. Isabel was transferred from London to Los Angeles in 2008. The role that made Isabel famous was her debut on screen in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009). Since then, Isabel has been in a variety of US and Australian film and television productions.
